The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:

• Your full name, including preferred name.
• The interview transcript between yourself and the AI interviewer.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• Your IP address, cookie identifier and other internet identifiers when you visit our web application
• The interview transcript is recorded as you submit each message during the interview

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

• Your full name, including preferred name from the company you have applied to.

We will share the interview transcript and derived summary information with the company you have applied to.

We may share session data including interview transcript with Hotjar. We share session data including clicks and other page interactions with Google Analytics.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information is that we are pursuing a legitimate interest or providing our service to you. We process your information to:

We keep your information for 180 days or for the length of time the company recruitment process is open for the role, whichever is longest, so that we may provide our service.

We will then dispose of your information by securely destroying it from our databases and cloud-based infrastructure.
