Really straight forward process, love the fact that the Assistant probed further on responses provided. I was able to give more details, I was concerned there would be a word restriction on my responses.
It was an innovative way of interviewing, and allowed me to express my thoughts and answers to the questions in a way I wouldn't have been able to in a traditional interview.
